摘  要:OCT是一种无损伤非介入、非离子辐射探测,适用于高散射介质成像,具有较高的空间分辨率.本文讨论了OCT成像的光学相干原理、干涉信号的强度分布、相干长度等重要参数指标的确定及电信号提取、图象处理的方法等;探讨了将OCT成像技术与目前医学临床检测领域应用的内窥技术相结合的新型检测方法,利用光纤作为传输信号的载体,将生物组织深度信息通过OCT成像以图像的形式显示出来,用这种OCT成像方法来取代目前普遍应用的活检组织取样病理分析过程;最后讨论了这种新型成像技术的优点、关键及制约因素.In the optical coherence tomography(OCT), the principles of interferometry with low temporal coherence light and optical heterodyne detection are combined to obtain both a high axial resolution and a high sensitivity to light that is weakly reflected from the sample being imaged. In this paper, the optical interference principle, the intensity distribution of interference signal, interference length, acquisition of electrical signal and processing of image are introduced. Besides, a kind of new detection method about the integration between OCT and endoscopy detection is put forward. In this system, fiber as the medium of transferring signal, the information about the tissue depth is imaged through OCT. This method will replace vividtissue specimen analysis. At last, the advantages, key, restrictive factors about this system are discussed.
