摘　　要：提出避免“一稿多投”“一稿多登”的 2条建议 :1)遵照合同法 ,完善出版合同制度 ;2 )期刊编辑部之间建立信息通道 ,利用电子函件提前发送期刊目次。Two recommendations are brought forward for avoiding multiple contributions and duplicate publications of one article. 1) Comply with the Contract Law and cons ummate the publishing contract system. 2) Establish communication channels via E mails between editors of different journals to release tables of contents prior to the publication of the journal.
