摘　　要：用聚合酶链反应方法扩增标准人型结核杆菌株 HRv 37,获得一158bp 的 DNA 片段。该法可检测系列稀释的结核杆菌 DNA 至100fg。检测25倒结核痰标本(结核菌培养阳性6例)中,10例阳性,4例可疑阳性,说明检测方法比结核秆菌培养敏感,可进一步试用于临床结核病人的病原诊断。The DNA fragment of the Myoobacterium tuberculosis HRv 37 were amplified by polymerase chain reaction and a 158 bp DNA fragment were gained.This procedure can detect DNA of 100 fg of My- cobacterium tuberculosis.We used this method to analyse 25 sputum.samples of tuberculosis(6 samples were culture positive),10 samples were positive,four uncertain,other samples negative.It is more sensitive than the culture technique.This method can be futher used in the diagnosis of tuberculosis.
