马应龙麝香消炎去腐生肌膏的毒理实验研究

摘　　要：为临床安全应用马应龙麝香消炎去腐生肌软膏而观察其局部作用及毒性。动物实验按不同项目设40%,20%,15%,10%不同浓度实验组与基质对照组。本品对豚鼠皮肤的局部作用急性毒性、长期毒性、皮肤刺激试验、皮肤过敏试验等八项实验。观察一般行为活动、食量、二便、皮肤粘膜、心率、心律、血像、肝肾功能,并作皮肤、脑、心、肝、脾、肺、肾、睾丸(或卵巢)组织学检查。结果各剂量组与基质对照组间未见明显差异,证明本品基本无毒,无刺激性,无过敏性,并可加快破损皮肤愈合。Reported were the toxicity and local effect of Mayinlon9 moschus anti-inflammation,removing the necrotic tissue and promoting granulation plaster in order to use it safely in clinic practice.The an- imals for the experiment at study were divided into five groups,40%,20%,15%,10% and base control,accoridng to different items to study local effect and acute toxicity of skin,long-term toxici- ty,skin-stimulating experiment,skin-hypersensitive experiment etc,we observed guinea-pig's behav- ior and activity diet,stool and urine,skin and mucous membrane,heart rate,heart rhythmia, hemogram,liver and kidney function.We also performed tissue detection of skin,brain,heart,liv- er,spleen,lung,kideny,testis(ovary).The results showed no significant difference betweem each dose group and the base control group.It is confirmed that this drug has no toxicity,stimulation and hypersensitivity,it can increase the restoration of injured skin.
