并殖吸虫成虫形态观察及其分类学意义的探讨

摘　　要：目的 :通过对 6种并殖吸虫成虫期体形、体棘、卵巢、睾丸和口、腹吸盘的观察 ,探讨这些特征的分类学意义。方法 :显微镜下观察及显微测微尺测量。列表比较和分析上述特征的分类学指标。结果 :巨睾吸虫的体形与前人描述不同。观察到卫氏并殖吸虫的卵巢有三种类型。生殖腺可能是分类学中较稳定的指标 ,体棘即使在同一虫种也有较大变化。生殖腺在不同标本中也有变异。结论 :应综合所有特征进行并殖吸虫成虫的鉴别。除其形态特征外 ,其他因素如终宿主。Objective:To observe the 6 species of Paragonimidae mainly on the body shape,skin spines,ovary,testes,oral and ventral suckers in adult stage and to analyze the taxonomic significance of these characters.Method:The characteristics were observed under the Olympus microscope and the measurements were done by micrometers. The comparative uable was listed after observation to analyze these characteristics on taxonomy. Results:The observation on the body shape of Pagumogonimus macrorchis is different from the former description. There are three types of ovary in Paragonimus westermani in our observation. The genital glands may be more stable characteristics in the taxonomy. The skin spines may be changeful characters even in the same worm. Conclusion:All of characteristics should be considered in the identification on Paragonimidae.The genital organs may be more useful features. Besides the morphologic features,other factors such as the final host,intermediate host and the larval stages should be considered together on the taxonomic study.
