^(32)P敷贴和激光治疗尖锐湿疣疗效分析

摘　　要：为比较32P敷贴和激光对尖锐湿疣的治疗效果,探讨32P敷贴治疗的临床应用价值,将172例尖锐湿疣患者随机分成两组:激光治疗组(100例)和32P敷贴治疗组(72例)分别进行治疗。结果显示,激光组和32P敷贴组的临床治愈率、有效率、复发率以及副作用发生率分别为43.0%、100%、57.0%、16.0%和87.5%、100%、4.2%、9.7%。表明32P敷贴治疗尖锐湿疣,方法简便、无创无痛、疗效显著、复发率低、副作用少,具有较高的临床应用价值。To investigate the therapeutic effect of the 32P contact and laser treatment , 172 cases of condyloma acu-minatum were studied. 100 cases were treated by laser, whereas 72 cases by radionuclide 32P. The clinic cure rate , effective rate, relapse rate and adverse reaction in laser group was 43%, 100%, 57% and 16% , respectively, whereas in 32P group were 87.5% , 100% , 4.2% and 9.7% , respectively. The 32P contact therapy is a simple, noninvasive, ef-fective treatment of condyloma acuminatum with low relapse rate and few side reaction. Therefore, it had good clini-cal value.
