摘　　要：介绍了铜钢 2 4m2 烧结机实施低温厚料层烧结的技术措施 ,通过对配料、混料、烧结等系统的工艺及设备进行改进 ,达到了精确配料、稳定混合料水碳、改善物料透气性 。The technique measurements adopted by TONGLIN I&S Co for low temperature and deep bed sintering were poresented in this paper Through modifying the equipments of proportioning system,mixing system,sintering system and etc ,the aims of accuracy proportioning,stabilizing moisture and carbon,improving bed permeability,realizing low carbon and deep bed sintering were attainded
