摘　　要：论述天然气市场价格形成机制。分析了我国目前天然气定价机制存在一是缺乏市场调节机制;二是不能满足多种用户分摊供气成本;三是确定管输费和城市输配费的方法标准不完善等问题。针对这些问题提出了今后天然气市场定价原则。Narrated the formation mechanism of the market price of natural gas. Analysed,that the existing pricing mechanism of natural gas in China has the problems:(1)lack of market regulation mechanism;(2)can not distribute the supply cost on the different category users;(3)not finalized the standard method of the transportation tariff and city distribution tariff. Against the problems worked out the market pricing principle of natural gas in future.
