高血压患者自测血压状况调查及影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的研究高血压患者的自测血压情况及其影响因素。方法对 30 0例高血压患者的自测血压情况及其影响因素进行调查。在为期 1 0个月的观察中 ,指导患者自测血压 ,并及时调整用药剂量和时间。结果男性 1 98例 ,女性 1 0 2例 ,平均年龄 74岁。有自备血压计患者 1 6 8人 (5 6 % ) ,无自备血压计患者 1 32人 (4 4 % )。在为期 1 0个月的随访观察期间 ,6 4 % (1 0 8/ 1 6 8)的有自备血压计患者和 6 1 % (81 / 1 32 )的无自备血压计患者接受 2次以上健康教育 ,两组患者之间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 )。但在接受 2次以上健康教育的患者中 ,1 0 0 % (1 0 8/ 1 0 8)的有自备血压计的患者和 6 6 7% (5 4 / 81 )的无自备血压计的患者能够较好的改善个人的健康行为和控制血压 ,两组之间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 1 )。Objective To study the status and its influencing factors of self-measured blood pressure in patients with hypertension.Method 300 patients with hypertension were studied.The status and its influencing factors of self-measured blood pressure were analysis.The guidance of self-measured blood pressure and medicine were given to all patients.Result Sex ratio,male to female was 198 to 102,mean age was 74 years.There were 168(56%)cases with self-provided blood pressure meter and 132(44%)cases with self-provided blood pressure meter and 132(44%)cases without selfprovided blood pressure meter.In the period of 10 months of follow-up,64%(108/168) cases with self-provided blood pressure meter and 61%(81/132)cases without self-provided blood pressure meter had received 2 or more health education.There was no significant difference between two groups( P >0 05).But in the patients received 2 or more health education,100%(108/108) cases with self-provided blood pressure meter and 66.7%(54/81) cases without self-provided blood pressure meter had a good health behavior and blood pressure control,there was a significant difference between the two groups( P <0 01).Conclusion The health education and self-measured blood pressure can improve the compliance of treatment of hypertension.
