摘　　要：非国有经济已经成为我国国民经济的重要推动力和新的经济增长点。但由于种种原因 ,非国有经济融资却存在许多困难。文章剖析了非国有经济融资中存在的金融体制、观念、政府服务职能等方面的制约因素 ,针对性地从现行金融体制、担保制度。The present paper maintains that non state owned economy,while being an inextricable part of the Chinese national economy and greatly conducive to its power and growth,is currently confronted with numerous difficulties due to such factors as the financial system,the underlying guidelines,and the servicing function of the government.The paper further proposes ways of overcoming the problems from corresponding respects.
