摘　　要：在建立市场经济体制的道路上 ,原苏联选择了以私有化和市场化为取向和目标的激进式改革模式 ,而中国选择了在坚持社会主义制度的前提下以市场经济体制置换计划经济体制的渐进式改革模式。两国改革的初始条件不同 ,转轨的取向、目标和模式、进程也不同 ,因而结果也不同。On the way of establishing the market economy, the Soviet Union followed a radical reform model which was in the light of privatization and marketization. And China, under the pre condition of socialist system, carried out a progressive model for reform market economy instead of planned economy. In the reforms of these two countries, the conditions, the goals and models of transformations are different, thus the results different too.
