摘 要:本文研究了铁(Ⅲ)-5-(4'-甲基苯基偶氮)-8-氨基喹啉-溴代十六烷基三甲铵体系的荧光反应及其应用.测定了金属荧光配合物的形成条件、组成、量子效率和在激发波长处的摩尔吸光系数,探讨了表面活性剂的作用机理及其共存离子的影响,建立了测定铁的荧光光度法.铁含量在0.02-0.7μg/ml范围内与荧光强度呈直线关系,检出下限为20PPb.本法可不经分离直接快速地测定铝样中的微量铁,结果令人满意.The senitization reactions of various surfactants on fluorimetric reaetion of Fe(Ⅲ) and 5-(4-Methyl-Phenylazo) -8-Aminoquinoline (P-MPAQ) have been compared. CTMAB is found to be the best one. The optimum conditions for the fluorimetric determination of Fe(Ⅲ) have been established. The fluorescent complex has the excitation and emission maximum at 376 nm and 528 nm, respectively. Its composition is Fe(Ⅲ): P-MPAQ: CTMAB =1:2:1. The apparent molor absorptivity of the complex at the excitation wavelength is 6.25×10~3 1/mol. cm. Its quantum yield (?) is 0.083. The proposed method can be applied to determine 0.02-0,7μg/ml of iron(Ⅲ), and the limit of detection is 20 PPb. The effect of diverse ions on the determination has also been investigated. A simple and rapid method has been applied to the direct determination of Fe(Ⅲ)in aluminium without any masking agent.
