摘 要:通过溶胶 凝胶法制备了气体分离用PI/TiO2 纳米复合膜材料。采用FT IR、SEM、TEM、UV Vis、耐化学介质性能和气体透气性能测试对膜材料的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明 ,复合膜中TiO2 与PI两相在空间上结合紧密。含TiO2 质量分数为 2 2 3 %的复合膜中TiO2 颗粒尺寸为 1 0nm左右 ;含TiO2 质量分数为 2 7 2 %时 ,复合膜仍光学透明。复合材料的UV Vis吸收表现出了量子尺寸效应。与纯PI膜相比 ,复合膜的耐化学介质性能和透气性能显著增强。当TiO2 质量分数为 2 2 3 %时 ,复合膜的透H2 系数从纯PI膜的 2 85 7× 1 0 -15m3 ·m/(m2 ·s·Pa)增加到 1 0 61×1 0 -14 m3 ·m/(m2 ·s·Pa) ,H2 /N2 和H2 /CH4理想分离系数分别为 1 87 5和 1 43 2。Polyimide/TiO 2 nano composite membranes for gas separation were prepared by a sol gel method. The structure of the composite was characterized by FT IR, SEM, TEM and UV Vis measurements. Its chemical resistance and permeability towards H 2 , N 2 and CH 4 were examined. The results showed the existence of chemical bindings between TiO 2 and the polyimide. The size of TiO 2 was about 10 nm in the composite with TiO 2 content of 22 3%(mass fraction) and the composite was still transparent when TiO 2 amounted to 27 2%(mass fraction). The quantum size effect occurred in UV Vis spectra of the composites. The chemical resistance and the gas permeability of the composites were greatly improved as compared with that of the pure polyimide. The H 2 permeability of the composite membrane containing 27 2% of TiO 2 increased to 1 061× 10 -14 m 3·m/(m 2·s·Pa) (the initial value was 2 857×10 -15 m 3·m/(m 2·s·Pa)) and the ideal selectivity coefficients of H 2 /N 2 and H 2 /CH 4 were 187 5 and 143 2, respectively.
