摘 要:以咪唑和氯代乙酸乙酯为母体合成了N-咪唑基乙酸乙酯(IEA),用红外光谱表征了其结构,并用极化曲线法和交流阻抗法测试了其在NaHCO_3及Na_2SO_4溶液中对金属铜的缓蚀性能。实验证明,与咪唑相比,N-咪唑基乙酸乙酯分别在NaHCO3 或Na_2SO_4质量分数为3%的溶液中(15℃)具有用量少,缓蚀性能好的特点。在上述溶液中用量均为5mg/L时,缓蚀效率分别可达86.8%和92.7%。Ehyl N imidazolyl acetate(IEA) was synthesized from imidazole and ethyl chloro acetate and characterized by IR spectrum. The corrosion inhibition function of IEA towards copper in Na 2 SO 4 and NaHCO 3 solutions were examined by polarization curves and AC impedance measurements. The results revealed that in 5 mg/L solution of 3%(mass fraction) NaHCO 3 or Na 2SO 4 at 15 ℃ IEA showed an inhibition efficiency of 86 8% and 92 7%, respectively, towards copper electrode. IEA had lower use level and better corrosion inhibition efficiency than imidazole.
