摘 要:通过向 5 5 %Al Zn镀液中添加微量稀土制备了 5 5 %Al Zn热浸镀层钢板 ,研究了稀土对 5 5 %Al Zn镀层的组织结构和耐盐水腐蚀性能的影响 .结果表明 ,在镀液中加入适量 (w =0 .2 % )稀土可明显提高镀层质量、细化镀层组织和提高镀层耐蚀性能 ,但加入过量稀土不利于耐蚀性能的提高 .55?% Al-Zn coatings were prepared on carbon steel sheet by adding small amounts of RE into the 55?% Al-Zn hot-dip alloy bath. The effect of RE on the surface macrostructure of coated pieces and their corrosion resistance to salt water were studied. By adding appropriate (0.1~0.3?%) RE in the melted 55?% Al-Zn bath, the quality of coatings and the corrosion resistance to salt water were improved and the grains were fined. But by adding excessive RE, the improvement of corrosion resistance was impaired.
