摘　　要：在介质损失角正切值tgδ常规测量的基础上 ,提出了一种新的在电场干扰下测定、计算tgδ的方法。这种方法简单、准确 ,能消除外界电场干扰的影响。Based on the routine measurment of medium consumpting tangent value tgδ,a new calculating method of measuring tgδ under electric field disturbance are given.This method are simple and accurate and it can eliminate the influence of field disturbance.
