摘　　要：在分析产品数据管理系统的系统功能的基础上,结合CAPP(ComputerAidedProcessPlanning)系统的特点,设计出基于Windchill平台标准服务模型的派生式CAPP系统的体系结构和功能模块。着重探讨了如何通过产品数据管理系统实现CAPP与CAD(ComputerAidedDesign)的集成,以及在派生式CAPP系统实现过程中所涉及的关键技术——面向产品结构的派生式工艺设计、文件柜管理、版本管理、生命周期和工作流管理等,并提出相应的解决方法。此系统通过在长春一汽集团的车身厂和底盘厂实施取得了良好的效果,证明了基于PDM的CAPP系统的开发模式是切实、高效、可靠、安全的系统开发模式。On the basis of analyzing the functions of PDM(Product Data Management), t he research introduces the architecture and function module of derived CAPP(Comp uter Aided Process Planning) system based on standard service model in Windchill in light of the specialty of CAPP.The paper focuses on discussing, in the application of derived CAPP,how to integer CAPP system wi th CAD(Computer Aided Design) based on PDM system, how to de rive from the plan for product structure, how to implement the management of fil ing cabinet,how to implement version control and how to implement the management of life cycle and work flow. The research also presents the corresponding solut ions.The implemented CAPP system had a pushing effect on production of underpan manufacturing plant. and bodywork manufacturing plant of the first automobile w orkshop.It was proved by practice that designing CAPP based on PDM system is pra cticality, efficiency and security.
