摘　　要：本文描述了V.90调制解调器的基本原理,并深入分析了其握手过程(即在数据通信中建立连接的过程)的工作原理,介绍了线路测试、参数训练和握手规程等技术,重点论述了V.90是如何通过4个阶段实现其握手过程的。This paper presents an analysis of the basic principle of V.90 modem,and explicates the handshake procedure (the procedure of establishing a connection in data communication) in detail. Also,the technologies of channel probing/ranging, parameter training and handshake procedure are introduced.The emphasis of this paper is put on how the handshake procedure is implemented by four phases under the direction of V.90 protocols.
