摘  要:介绍一种新开发的采用改变蒸汽流量分配和结构上的措施来补偿燃烧侧吸热不均匀性的方法,以解决过热器、再热器超温爆管达到设计优化。采用此法可靠性高、施工方便、费用小,但需准确的热偏差计算作为依据。并介绍热偏差和壁温计算方法的理论依据及与实测值的比较,展望提高亚临界电厂锅炉汽温的前景。This paper introduces a newly developed elimination method of overheating-bursting of large size utility boiler's superheater and reheater,i.e.,to change the distribution of steam flow and structure to compensate the nonuniformity of heat absorption on the firing side.This method features reliable,convenient in fabri cation and low cost,but needs accurate calculation of heat deflection as basis.The paper briefs the theoretical basis of heat deflection and tube wall temperature calculation method,and the comparison with the actual measured values,also looks forward to the prospect of raising steam temperature of subcritical pressure utility boiler.
