摘 要:在沙角C厂3号锅炉冷态试验结果基础上,指出炉内气流实际切圆过大、气流贴壁现象严重是导致锅炉运行结渣的直接原因;对燃烧器改造前后所采用的2种燃烧器———WR燃烧器和AerotipTM燃烧器特点进行分析。改造后冷态试验及运行结果表明:燃烧器改造后炉内气流贴壁现象有很大改善,锅炉运行时结渣可能性较小,燃烧效率有所提高。The cold state testing results of No.3boiler in Shajiao C Power Plant showed that the oversized tangential circle diameter and the air flow scouring water wall surface badly resulted in slagging in the furnace.Moreover,the characteristics of WR and Aerotip TM burners adopted before and after burner retrofitting were analyzed.The aerodynamic field cold state testings and operation results showed that after burner retrofitting,the phenomena of air flow scouring water wall surface in the furnace were greatly alleviated,it was possible to prevent slagging,and meanwhile the thermal efficiency of boiler was increased.
