摘  要:对铬钼和铬钼钒低合金钢主蒸汽管运行中蠕变激活能和相应的持久强度的变化动态进行研究。结果表明,主蒸汽管金属的蠕变激活能和持久强度都随运行时间增加呈下降趋势,两者在变化程度上存在较明显的对应关系。蠕变激活能的数值大小可反映出主蒸汽管在使用寿命过程中所处的阶段,对部分主蒸汽管应用蠕变激活能等蠕变参量得出的蠕变速率推算的剩余使用寿命期限与其它传统方法得出的寿命分析结果一致。This article studies the dynamic characteristics of the creep activation energy and the corresponding permanent strength of CrMo and CrMoV low alloy steel main steam pipe in operation.The testing results show that the activation energy of creep and the permanent strength of metals decrease with increase of operating time of main steam pipe,and there is a obvious corresponding relation between both of them.Meanwhile,the magnitude of creep activation energy may reflect the stage which the operating life of main steam pipe is being in.Finally,the survey results of part main steam pipes as examples show that the creep rate may be determined by using creep activation energy etc.parameters,and the calculated residual operating life is consistent with the results of life analysis obtained by using the other traditional methods.
