摘 要:通过对焙烧炉火焰运行过程、燃料需求特点、送风特点和过剩空气系数等问题的分析 ,以及对系统布置方式、风机的选择和送风控制原理等初步探讨 ,指出焙烧炉送风必须适应燃料变化和挥发分析出 ,使送风量能够在一个范围内变动 ,送风设计应选择能适应这一特点的变频风机。最后还对焙烧炉送风存在的几个实际问题进行了讨论。Abstact:This paper, through analyses of the course of fire operation, the peculiarity of fuel demand, the characteristic of blowing-in, and the air excess coefficient, and though a primary discuss on the arrangement manner of system, the selection of blowers, and the principle of blowing control, indicates that blowing-in in baking furnace has to adapt to the change of fuel and to the evolution of volatiles in order that the quantity of blowing-in can be changed within a range, and that frequency conversion blowers should be selected in order to fit this character when design of blowing-in. several practical problems existing in blowing in baking furnace are discussed in the end of this paper.
