摘　　要：通过大量的试验及与国外同种钢板的对比 ,探讨了该钢板的成分设计、常温及低温性能、热处理等 。In this paper,the composition design,properties at room temperature and low temperature,heat treatment of the steel plates are approached based on lots of tests and comparing with the same kinds of steel plates.The feasibility that the steel plates is applied to hydroturbine is defined.
