摘　　要：依据《商品住宅性能评定方法和指标体系》正确地对商品住宅的性能进行评价,是评定商品住宅质量等级的重要依据。论述了运用数学方法分析和处理住宅综合质量评定中的模糊问题,建立相应的等级评价准则和进行等级评判。Appraising comprehesively the integrate performance of residence is a importmant part of comfirmation the quality rank of house.This paper expounds mainly how to apply mathematical method to analyze and solve a lot of fuzzy problems in comprehensive appraisal of the integrated performance of residence and how to set up appraisal standard.
