摘　　要：目的 :观察和探讨改良Steffee手术治疗腰椎滑脱症的疗效 方法 :用改良Steffee手术方法治疗腰椎滑脱症 34例 ,男 2 1例 ,女 13例 ;年龄 19～ 6 6岁 ,平均 4 1 9岁 术后根据病人的综合情况进行级别评定 ,观察手术疗效 结果 :用改良Steffee手术治疗腰椎滑脱症病人 32例 ,手术优良率 76 4 7% ,总有效率 97 0 6 % 结论 :改良Steffee手术治疗腰椎滑脱症 ,是一手术操作简单 ,术后不需要固定 。Objective To explore the cure effect of improved Steffee operation to treat lumbovertebral slippage. Methods 34 cases suffering from lumbovertebralslippage were treated by improved Steffed operation, Among them ,male 21, female 13,aged 19～66 years averaged 41.9 years the care effect of operation were evaluated by comprehensive measures after operation. Results By means of improved Steffee operation among the 32 treated cases, the total effective rate was 97.06%, with 76.47% of them proved to be excellent. Conclusion The improved Steffce operation was rather simple, no postoperative fixation was needed and cure effect was shown to be rather satisfied.
