摘 要:目的 开展对微小按蚊遗传多态性与传疟作用的研究 ,建立实验室品系。方法 将羽化后 4d子代成蚊进行自然交配试验。结果 第 1代自然交配繁殖成蚊 10 2 3只 ,其孵化、化蛹、羽化率分别为 5 6 .5 3 %、45 .95 %、90 .2 1%。经过几代的实验观察 ,其孵化、化蛹及羽化率分别上升至 90 .87%、72 .2 7%和 95 .36 %。结论 经过 8代驯化 ,已达到正常群体自然交配水平。实验表明 ,驯化方法和手段得当 ,无需人工交配 ,也完全可以驯化微小按蚊。Objestive In order to carry out the study about the inheritant polypeptide and transmission capacity, it was necessary to establish the lab strain of Anopheles minimus. Methods The test of natural mating of the mosquito was conducted after emergence for four days.Results It was gained 1 023 adult mosquitoes in natural mating. The rates of hatching,pupae and emergence were 56.53%, 45.95% and 90.21% respectively.After Anopheles minimus was domesticated for several generation, the rates of hatching,pupae and emergence respectively go up to 90.87%, 72.27% and 95.36%.Conclusion After Anopheles minimus was domesticated to eight generation,it reached to natural mating of normal colonies.This test shows that Anopheles minimus can substitute for man-made mating using suitable methods.
