摘 要:目的 观察残杀威对德国小蠊的药效。方法 采用果酱瓶药膜法和现场试验评价效果。结果 残杀威对德国小蠊敏感品系的平均KT50 为 13 .86min ,现场品系 8个调查点的KT50 为 11.2 5~ 38.0 2min ,对抗氯菊酯品系KT50 为16 .0 6~ 2 3 .37min ,72h死亡率均为 10 0 % ;现场试验 ,4周后的杀灭率仍达 90 .5 8%。结论 残杀威对德国小蠊现场品系为一般击倒 ;对抗氯菊酯品系尚未形成交互抗性 ;其水乳剂防制舰艇蜚蠊效果满意。Objective To survey the effect of the propoxur against German cockroach. Methods The method of chemical smeared into the jam bottle was used in this study. Results The KT 50 average of the propoxur to the susceptible German cockroach was 13.86 min, and the KT 50 of that to eight field strains was from 11.25 to 38.02 min, and the KT 50 of that to the resistant strain against permethrin was from 16.06 to 23.37 min. The death ratios were all 100% after 72 hr. The death ratios on the spot were still 90.58% after treating for 4 d. Conclusion The effect of the propoxur to field German cockroach was general knock-down, and the resistant strain against permethrin hadn't formed alternating resistance,while the effect of propoxur controlling cockroaches in ship was better after it was soluted into water.
