摘 要:采用原子吸收光谱及电子顺磁共振谱对我国4种主要育珠贝合浦珠母贝、大珠母贝、企鹅珍珠贝及三角帆蚌贝壳珍珠层中锰元素的含量其赋存状态进行了研究。结果表明各种贝类珍珠层中普遍含微量元素锰 ,其最大特点是淡水产珍珠层中的锰含量比海水产珍珠层普遍高1~3数量级。珍珠层的X 带电子顺磁谱 (EPR)均在常温下显示了Mn2 +的超精细6重谱线信号 ,表明部分锰以Mn2 +The atomic absorption spectra and electron paramagnetic resonance spectra are used to study the concentrations and occurrences of manganese in pearl or nacre in Pinctada martensii(Dunker)、Pinctada maxima(Jameson)、Peteria penguin(Roding)and Hyriopsis cumingii(Lea) shells from China. The result shows that the nacre or pearl often contains trace manganese element. Generally the manganese concentration in pearl or nacre of salt water shells shows one to three order of magnitude less than of fresh water shells. In room temperature, the X band electron paramagnetic resonance spectra of four varieties of nacres all show clearly hyperfine sextet spectra of Mn2+ ion and the profiles of spectra depend on the relative orientation between nacreous layers and magnetic fields. Based on electron paramagnetic resonance spectra, it is considered that Mn2+ located in highly distorted crystal field of aragonite lattice.
