摘 要:光学压敏涂料测压技术是风洞试验中表面压力测量的新手段。介绍了光学压敏涂料测压技术原理,光学压敏涂料的研制和其在风洞试验中的应用。试验表明:所研制的光学压力敏感涂料与传统压力传感器具有相同性能。传统方法测量压力,需要在模型表面开通一些压力测量孔,是间断的点压力测量。光学压力敏感涂料测量压力的突出优点是可测量连续的大面积的表面压力分布,并且不需要昂贵的专用测压模型。Optical pressure sensitive paint is a new tool for wind tunnel pressure testing.The principle and preparation of optical pressure sensitive paint and its application in wind tunnel test are introduced.It is known from experiment that optical pressure sensitive paint and traditional pressure sensor have the same function.The discrepancy is that the traditional method measures the pressure through some holes on the model surface which are connected to the sensors,so it is a point pressure measurement method only measuring limited individual points but the outstanding advantage of the optical pressure sensitive paint method is that it measures the continuous pressure distribution on the whole surface coated with the paint and needs no expensive model specially designed for pressure measurement.
