摘　　要：以铲式成穴器的结构和成穴机理为基础,将成穴器与倾斜圆盘勺式精密排种器组合设计成铲式精密打穴播种机。通过分析播种机结构参数与工作参数之间的关系,对铲式成穴器和打穴铲以及排种器的结构参数和工作参数进行了设计,并给出了设计计算公式。最后,以玉米精密播种为例,对播种机的结构参数进行设计。On the basis of construction and working principle of spade punch device, a spade punch planter was designed with combination of the spade punch device and a declined disc-scoop-type precision metering device. Through analysis of relations between construction parameters and working parameters of the spade punch planter, the design method of the parameters for the spade punch device, the punch spade and the metering device was developed with the calculation formula for the design procedure. Finally, a practical design example was given for the construction parameters of corn planting.
