摘　　要：介绍了一种用于肉类腌渍加工的盐水注射机的工作原理和特点。该机通过控制可实现手动和电动两种工作方式,广泛用于中小型肉类加工厂。The work theory and characters of a pickle injector machine for meat pickling are introduced. This machine can be freely switched between manualoperating mode and automatic mode. It can be used comprehensive in medium and small sized meat processing factories.
