摘  要:研究了低Co含量的快淬Nd-Fe-B磁粉的制备工艺,主要是快淬速度和晶化温度对磁性能的影响。结果表明,快淬后磁粉的显微结构与快淬速度和晶化温度密切相关。合适的快淬速度和晶化温度可以获得较高磁性能磁粉。并且,低Co含量磁粉的性能价格比远远高于MQP-B磁粉。Low-cobalt Nd-Fe-B powder was produced by rapid quenching. The effect of quenching velocity and crystallizing temperature on microstructure and magnetic properties were studied. The result indicated that the microstructure of the powder is clearly related to quenching velocity and crystallizing temperature. High properties can be obtained at appropriate velocity and temperature. Besides, the ratio of performance to price of low-cobalt powder is much higher than that of MQP-B powder.
