摘 要:1996~1999对贵州酒用高粱资源进行考察,共搜集到331份种质资源,经整理、归并成125份种质,主要分布在黔中山原区,占49 6%,其次是黔西高原山地区,占16 8%,黔南低中山斜谷区较少,仅占4 8%。主要特征特性鉴定结果表明,在贵州酒用高粱中,高秆、晚熟种质资源分别占总数的83 2%和99 2%。千粒重、穗粒重分别为20~25g和35~60g,丰产性较好,不抗高粱蚜,较抗炭疽病和粟穗暝。85%以上的种质蛋白质含量偏高,单宁含量较低,脂肪含量适中,有36份种质籽粒可作酿造名优白酒的优质原料。Germplasm resources of winemaking sorghum of Guizhou were investigated during 1996-1999.331materials were collected,of which, 125 native cultivars were sorted out.They were mainly distributed, over the mountain regions and flatland areas in middle Guizhou,making up 496 percent of the total.The next was the mountain areas in western Guizhou accounting for 168 persent and only 48% distributed in lowsemimountainous gorge area in southern GuizhouThe results of appraisal of main characters showed that varieties with high stalk and late maturing respectively make up 832 percent and 992 percent of the total.1 000grain weight and per ear grain weight in a great deal varieties were of 20-25g and 35-60g separately, with high yield, highly resistant to spike millet borer and slightly resistant to anthracnlse,but no resistance to sorghum aphid.85 percent germplasms showed high protein content and low tannin content and moderate fat content.36 germplasms are of high quality raw material for making high quality wine.
