摘　　要：为摸清贵州茂兰喀斯特森林自然保护区的生物资源本底,以进一步开展生物多样性保护及监测工作,1994以来笔者对贵州茂兰喀斯特森林自然保护区的蜘蛛目动物进行了系统的科学考察,以积累的3000多号标本为基础,报道其区系27科82属144种,其中有9个茂兰保护区特有种;常见科为园蛛科和跳蛛科;优势种有中华褛网蛛Psechrussinensis、大腹园蛛Araneusventricosus等,其发生量较大。蜘蛛群落组成分为森林、灌丛、草丛、农田、洞穴、房屋等类型,喀斯特洞穴系统有利于特有种类的演化。初步认为该保护区蜘蛛区系有种类丰富、数量大、生态分布广的特点,特有种类在种质保存和物种进化研究中具有重要意义。The main goals are to promote the surveys and studies on biodiversity resources and make biodiversity to serve for sustainable utiliztion.Since 1994,the authors have made a systematic investigation on Araneae in the Karst Forest of Maolan Nature Reserve.The article reported 144 spider species in Maolan National Nature Reserve of Guizhou province in China.Belonging to 27 families 82 genus,among them,9 species are specific in Maolan.The common families include Psechrus sinensis,Araneus ventricosus and they appear in a large number.The spider community can be divided into 6 categories,the forest,the shrub,the grass,the cave,the farmland and the house.The Karst caves benefit the evolution of special species.The spider faunas have rich species,wide distribution in the Karst Forest of Maolan Nature Reserve,the special species is important meaning on the species keeping and evolution.
