摘  要:试验测定了套袋和未套袋鸭梨果实生长发育过程中淀粉、可溶性糖和可滴定酸的含量变化及IAA、GA3在果实发育不同阶段的含量。结果表明,套袋果实和未套袋果实淀粉、糖、酸的变化趋势基本一致,但在果实整个发育时期,套袋果实糖和酸的含量均低于未套袋果实,采收前糖的快速增长时期,套袋果晚于未套袋果。盛花后130d这段期间,套袋果淀粉含量低于未套袋果,采收时稍高于未套袋果。套袋果肉中IAA、GA3的含量,在果实发育的各阶段均低于未套袋果。The content of starch,soluble sugar and acid in both bagged and unbagged Yali pear fruit were measured during fruit growth period,The content of IAA and GA 3 in bagged and unbagged fruit were also analyzed at three different stages of development.The results showed that although the alteration of starch,sugar and acid content were basically identical,the content of sugar and acid in the bagged fruit were less than that of the unbagged ones during the whole growth period.Com-pared with unbagged fruit,it is delayed for bagged ones to appear quickly sugar accumulation before harvest.For starch con-tent ,it was lower in the bagged fruit than that in unbagged ones within130days after bloom,but it was little higher than un-bagged ones just before harvest.Content of IAA and GA 3 in the bagged fruit were lower than those in the unbagged ones in the whole period of fruit development.
