摘　　要：在表外业务风险管理方面,正视我国商业银行表外业务发展的现状,从资本充足率、信息透明、内控机制、规则体系等方面入手,强化表外业务风险控制,使我国表外业务朝着稳健的方向发展。Careful consideration must be given to the current off-balance-sheet business in our commercial banks.In order to promote the healthy development of our off-balance-sheet business,we have to strengthen the off-balance-sheet business risk control by paying particular attention to capital adequacy,information disclosure,internal control mechanism,systematic regulation and so on.
