高效液相色谱法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘甙的含量

摘　　要：目的采用高效液相色谱法测定抗病毒口服液中连翘甙的含量与薄层扫描法比较。结果基础一致。加样回收率平均值为99.6％,r=0.9999紫外检测波长在277nm处有最大吸收。结论本方法简便,稳定性好,重现性好,可以作为连翘甙的质量检测方法。To determine Phillyrin Content in Antiviral Oral Liquid by HPLC and compare it with Thin-layer scanning method.Results:Basic consistent,after added samples,average value of recovery rate at 99.6％;r=0.9999.Ultraviolet detection wavelength at 277nm had the maximum absorption.Conclusion:The method is simple with good stability and good reappearance.It can be used as Phillyrin quality detection method.
