摘　　要：国有林区森工企业的改革已经进入经济重构、体制创新阶段,非绩优的路径依赖已成为严重制约林区进一步改革和经济发展的桎梏,走出路径依赖,重构国有林区经济已成为下一步改革的战略选择。The reform of forestry & industry enterprises in the state - owned forestry region has entered the period of economical reconstruction and innovation, The non - excellent path dependence has become serious hinder to make further reform and development in the forestry region. The strategic decision for the next reform is to come out the path dependence and to reconstruct economy of the state - owned forestry region.
