摘  要:本文以汉源磷钾矿为原料 ,在磷钾矿中添加碳酸钙和硫酸钙等进行高温热分解后用硫酸萃取磷、钾 ,研究体系的焙烧温度、物料配比等工艺条件 ,其最佳操作条件为当物料质量配比m(磷钾矿 ) :m(硫酸钙 ) :m (碳酸钙 ) =1∶1∶1时 ,110 0℃下反应 1h ,K2 O萃取率 87.2 % ,P2 O5萃取率达 64 .8%。The technical condition of temperature and mass ratio of Hanyuan phosphate potassium ores were studied. Hanyuan phosphate potassium ores were taken first thermal decomposition with the addition of CaCO 3,CaSO 4 and CaCO 3+CaSO 4,then the mixture was extracted by H 2SO 4 for phosphate and potassium. The best operating conditions were that when m(phosphate potassium ores):m(CaSO 4)∶(CaCO 3) was 1∶1∶1 at 1 100℃,the potassium extraction efficiency reached 87.2%,the phosphate extraction efficiency reached 64.8%.
