厦门口岸2001年出入境人员疾病监测结果分析

摘　　要：目的　通过对疾病监测结果的分析 ,更好地了解疾病分布 ,有利于疾病的防治。方法　对2 0 0 1年经厦门口岸出入境的 70 32人疾病监测结果进行分析。结果　共检出疾病及指标异常 15 0 0例次 ,其中HBsAg阳性 94 3例 ,ALT增高 15 2例 ,高血压 2 5 1例 ,心电图异常 14 7例 ,梅毒感染者 5例 ,HIV感染者 2例。结论　认真作好疾病监测 ,防止传染病传入、传出 。Objective Analysis the results of the disease surveillance in order to find out the distribution of disease,to prevent and treatment disease.Method Analysis the results of the disease surveillance of 7032 entry-exit people in Xiamen port in 2001.Results Among 7032 peolpe,we find out disease or abnormal 1500 cases.their species composing are HBsAg carriers 943 cases,ALT abnormal 152 cases,high pressure 251 cases,ECG abnormal 147 cases,syphilis 5 cases,HIV carriers 2 cases.Conclusion We should strengthen disease surveillance to prevent infectious disease transmission so that we can do better to keep the entry-exit people health.
