摘　　要：异黄酮是一类具有雌激素样作用的生物活性物质。大豆中的异黄酮主要有两种形式 :染料木黄酮和黄豆苷原。近年来发现 ,大豆异黄酮具有较强的抗动脉粥样硬化和舒血管效应 ,影响细胞增殖和新生血管的形成 。Isoflavone were a substance whose biological activity was similar to that of estrogen.Main isoflavones derived from soybean were genistein and daidzein.The new discovery had been made in recent years that isoflavones could play a role in preventing atherosclerosis,affecting proliferation of vascular smooth cells and growth of new blood vessels,relaxing arteries.Study on isoflavones in recent years demonstrated that isoflavones had protective action on cardiovascular system.
