摘　　要：从智能化管理角度入手论述了基于计算机网络化基础上的图书馆后勤物业管理模式和途径,并提出了图书馆智能化物业管理的要求。From the angle of the intelligent management, the writer gives an account of the modes and approaches of the rear service property management, which are based on the computer network, and brings forward some requirements on the intelligent property management of the library.
