猴移植皮肤感觉再生的实验研究

摘　　要：目的移植皮肤的感觉再生缺乏深入的实验研究。通过恒河猴额部与手指掌侧无毛皮肤的相互移植,观察无毛皮肤移植后感觉小体再生过程与再生类别。方法实验用恒河猴2只,随机抽取前肢指4个,将指腹与额、臀部的无毛皮对换移植,在3,9个月时切取标本进行抗神经丝免疫组化与电镜观察。结果移植皮肤在3个月时神经末梢与触觉小体开始不典型再生;9个月的皮肤内已有典型的再生触觉小体,而上皮细胞—轴突复合体内有神经长入;移植皮肤内有较多的再生触觉小体,上皮细胞—轴突复合体有完整的再生结构。结论移植皮肤内存在感觉小体的再生,这些结构与移植后的功能需要有关。Aim It hadn' t been deeply studied that regeneration of feel-ing of transplantation skin.By the s kin of forehead and hip transplanted into the fingers of the forehands,it was obse rved that regeneration of free nerve ending and sensory corpuscles.Methods Two rhesus monkeys were used.The glabrous skins of forehead and hip we re transplanted into the ventral fin gers of the forehands.The samples were obta ined on 3,6,9months after skin trans-plantation and test by the anti-nerv e filament I.S.H and electroscope.Results The free nerve ending and sensory corpuscles began regenerate on 3months after transplantation.There were t wo kinds of regenerated sensory corp uscles,Meissner corpuscle and Markel cell-dendrite complex,on 9months.Their morphology and structure became matured.Conclustions There are regener-ated free nerve ending and sensory co rpuscles in transplanted skin and th ey maybe fit to characteristic of donor.
