摘  要: 用化学絮凝法处理医院污水。采用石灰乳控制原水酸度,用新型化学破乳絮凝剂净水灵做混凝剂,联合聚丙烯酰胺絮凝处理该类污水,并用二氧化氯杀菌。考查了酸度、混凝剂加入量、聚丙烯酰胺加入量、搅拌速度、搅拌时间、沉降时间对COD去除率的影响。结果表明,酸度在pH9.20左右时,每100mL污水中净水灵加入量为0.2mL,聚丙烯酰胺加入量为0.6mL,搅拌速度为60r/min,搅拌60s,沉降30min后,测上清液的化学耗氧量,COD去除率可达85%左右,明显优于传统的铁系混凝剂。并具有工艺简单、操作管理方便、不受气候影响、占地面积小等特点,且药剂费仅为0.30元/t,有实际应用的价值。The hospital wastewater was treated by a method of chemical coagulant with calcareous milk to control the acidity of raw wastewater, using the new type water clarificant combined with polyacrylamide as coagulating to treat the wastewater and using chlorine dioxide to kill bacteria. The effect of adding quantities of coagulant polyacrylamide, the acidity, speed, stirring time and settling time on the removal rate of COD were investigated. The result shows that the removal rate of COD can reach to 85%, with pH 9.2 , adding quantities of coagulant being 0.2 mL per 100 mL of the wastewater, the adding quantities of polyacrylamide being 0.6 mL per 100 mL of the wastewater, the stirring speed being 60 r/min, stirring time being 60 s and the settling time being 30 min. The cost of the wastewater treatment is only 0.3 yuan/t. The process is a simple technology and have powerful functions.
