摘 要:目的 建立一个化学发光体系,观察二硫化碳(CS_2)对该体系过氧亚硝基阴离子(ONOO^-)的影响。方法 应用A×B析因实施设计方案,观察化学发光体系的峰值峰时和动力学曲线,得到一种最佳组合条件的体系,观察CS_2对该发光体系的影响。结果 缓冲液pH 11加入400μl的ONOO^-饱和液为最佳体系;CS_2能增强该体系的化学发光强度,使峰值增高,峰时提前。结论 一定浓度的CS_2在该化学发光体系中能促进ON00^-产生,有剂量-效应关系。Objective A chemiluminescent system was established to observe the effect of carbon disulfide on the negative ions level of peroxynitrite. Methods Two factors including pH value of carbonate buffer (factor A ) and volume of peroxynitrite solution (factor B) were combined with two levels by the method of A X B factorial design. Peak value, peak time and kinetic curve of the light emission were observed. Results The optimum condition were pH11 and 400μl peroxynitrite solution. Carbon disulfide could improve the strength of light emission, raise the peak value and reduce the time of reaching peak value. Conclusions Carbon disulfide of certain concentration can promote the generation of the negative ions level of peroxynitrite with dose - effect relation.
