摘　　要：OLE (ObjectLinkingandEmbedding)即对象链接和嵌入技术是WINDOWS操作平台下的一种高级进程通信机制 ,它把用户从繁重的应用程序设计中解放出来并置于文档环境。文中介绍了OLE通信机制的基本原理 ,结合选煤厂管理信息系统的开发 ,通过实例阐述了以DELPHI为开发工具 ,在C S环境下 ,利用OLEAutomation技术调用数据库 (ORACLE)和自动生成WORD文档的基本方法。OLE (Object Linking and Embedding) is an advanced communication mechanism under WINDOWS operation system It liberates user from heavy program design and puts it in text circumstances The principle of OLE is introduced in this paper Combined with the development of management information system of coal preparation plant,expound the basic method of adjusting datas (ORACLE) and auto creating microsoft word document automatically by using OLE Automation technology in C/S circumstances based on DELPHI development tool
