硫氢化钠法常压合成巯基乙酸

摘　　要：研究了以硫氢化钠和氯乙酸钠为原料常压合成巯基乙酸。适宜工艺条件为 :硫氢化钠溶液 pH值在 9左右 ,浓度为 0 65～ 0 70mol·L- 1,相应的氯乙酸钠溶液浓度为 2 0～ 1 5mol·L- 1,氯乙酸钠和硫氢化钠配比为 1∶1 3(mol) ,反应温度为 5 5± 1℃ ,反应时间为 12min ,巯基乙酸的收率为 82 %～ 87%。Thioglycolic acid(TGA) was synthesized from thioglycolic acid and sodium hydrosulfide under common pressure.The conversion ratio of TGA can get 82%～87% under such optimal conditions as the pH 9.0 in 0.65～0.70?mol·L -1 NaHS solution, corresponding to 2.0～2.5?mol·L -1 ClCH 2COONa solution, the reaction temperature 55±1?℃, the time 12?min, and the molecular ratio of ClCH 2COONa/NaHS 1∶1.3.
