摘　　要：目的 了解转苏芸金杆菌毒蛋白基因重组苜蓿银纹夜蛾核型多角体病毒(vAcBtTPE-)对哺乳动物的毒性和致病性,为其作为生物杀虫剂进入市场应用进行安全性评价。方法 选用SPF级Wistar大鼠,封闭群白色豚鼠以及大耳白兔,按照国家标准方法(GB.15670—1995),分别进行急性经口(皮)LD50、眼(皮肤)刺激试验、致敏性试验、致病性试验。结果受试样对雌、雄性Wistar大鼠急性经口和经皮毒性均属低毒级。对兔眼和皮肤无刺激性。对所试豚鼠致敏率为O,强度分级为Ⅰ级。30 d致病性实验结果表明vAcBtTPE-对大鼠无明显致病性。结论vAcBtTPE-对哺乳动物是安全的。[Objective]To learn the toxicity and pathogenicity of vAcBtTPE - on mammals. To make evaluation on its security as biological pesticide on market. [Methods]Irritation test through mouth and eyes, sensitization test and pathogenicity test were carried out on Wistar big mice, guinea pigs and white rabbits according to the state standardized method (GB 15670 - 1995). [Results]The toxicity on the male and female Wistar big mice through mouth and skin was low. No irritation was found on the eyes and skin of the rabbits. Sensitization rate on the guinea gigs was 0 with intensity of I degree. The result of 30 d`s pathogenicity test showed no significant pathogenicity on the mice. [Conclusion]vAcBtTPE- is safe on the mammals.
