摘　　要：目的 了解武汉市口腔诊疗室的工作环境及口腔器械的消毒状况,减少或控制医源性感染。方法 采样和检测方法均按GB 15982—1995医院消毒卫生标准和消毒技术规范中规定的采样和检测方法进行。结果 检测53个从事牙科的诊疗单位,抽检454件样品,合格272件,合格率59.91％,其中合格率最高的为使用中消毒液77.35％,最低的为空气39.62％,消毒后的口腔使用器械合格率为58.68％。结论 加强对社区医院和个体医疗诊所的卫生监督监测,督促其做好消毒管理工作,创造良好的医疗环境。[Objective]To learn the bacteria infection in cavity examination room and the sterilization of cavity apparatus in Wuhan, to reduce and control the infection from hospital. [Methods]Sampling and testing method were used according to GB 15982 - 1995 Hygienic Criteria for Sterilization and Standard for sterilization Techniques. [Results]454 samples from 53 cavity - treating units were examined, 272 of them were qualified, and the qualification rate was 59.91% . The qualification rate of the disinfection liquid was 77.35% , which was the highest; of the air was 39.62% , which was the lowest; of the cavity apparatus was58.68% . [Conclusion]Supervision on the community hospitals and private treating units should be strengthened in order to create a fine treating environment.
