摘　　要：目的 :介绍Boytchev术式治疗复发性肩关节前脱位的方法及疗效。方法 :1997年 5月以来应用该术式治疗 8例复发性肩关节前脱位患者 ,将喙肱肌、肱二头肌短头及胸小肌垂直纤维形成的联合腱连同喙突尖在肩胛下肌下穿过再将喙突尖原位固定。术后肩部固定 3周后行功能锻炼。结果 :临床平均 2 0个月随访无 1例再脱位 ,术后所有患者关节功能评价良好 ,优良率为 10 0 %。结论 :Boytchev手术是治疗复发性肩关节前脱位简单、有效的方法。Objective:To introduce the method and results of Boytchev's procedure for the treatment of recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint.Methods:The tip of coracoid process was taken down together with the attached conjoined tendon of coracobrachialis,biceps brachialis and the vertical lacertus pectoralis minor muscle.The whole segment was passed under the ligament of muscle subscapularis and refixed to the coracoid process.Postoperative immobilization of the shoulder was instituted for 3 weeks followed by rehabilitation.This technique was applied to 8 cases since May 1997.Result:Follow-up study(mean duration 20 months)revealed no recurrence in the 8 cases being excellent and good.Conclusion:Boytchev's proceduces proves to be an effective and simple method for the treatment of recurrent anterior dislocation of the shoulder joint.
